Tracy Litzinger serves as a Litigation Consultant for Manion Stigger, LLP. Tracy assists the firm in a variety of matters, with a labor and employment focus. Whether navigating the ever-changing labor environment created by COVID-19, facilitating the removal of non-performing employees, or assisting with litigation defense, she is a valuable resource for the firm. 

Tracy spent over twenty years as a practicing attorney before retiring to the Rocky Mountains. After law school, she clerked for a judge in the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Tracy then joined a small firm where she spent significant time developing her trial skills in criminal defense in civil plaintiff’s work. She later joined a Midwest-based business law firm where she represented employers of various sizes in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her previous experience includes defense of clients in state and federal court, as well as administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and related state agencies.
